5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties, except trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, provided that those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

We may share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or when required by law.

Non-private information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use advanced encryption methods to protect sensitive information transmitted online, and we also protect your information offline. 8. Social Media

To optimally design our company’s presence, we manage business pages on various social networks. We aim to inform interested parties about our services and communicate with you through these channels.

These channels are used for the following purposes:

  • – Providing information about our company and products
  • – Statistical evaluations for management analysis and service and product development, as well as improving management processes
  • – Communication with customers and interested parties

We manage a business profile on the LinkedIn network platform. If you are a member, LinkedIn may assign the content and functions called up on our profile to your user profile. For more information, please see LinkedIn Ireland’s privacy information at: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy?trk=homepage-basic_footer-privacy-policy.

Links to social network platforms are integrated in such a way that no data is directly transferred to the social network operator. The integration on our web pages is done through direct links. Data transfer only takes place once you have clicked on the link.

YouTube Video Content

We include videos on our website. The content of these videos is stored directly on the platforms and integrated into our site. If you access such a video, the IP address, technical information such as browser, operating system, and basic device information, as well as the website you visited, are communicated. Additionally, we have integrated YouTube videos in a data protection-friendly manner in “extended data protection mode.”

Personal data is only transferred once you have accessed a video. Only then is a connection to the YouTube server established, and a corresponding cookie is used to store your settings. By calling up the videos, you leave our space and access YouTube’s external platforms, which are beyond our control.

Before accessing a video, you will be informed again. If you have an account with the video service provider, it may, if applicable, identify you. You can avoid this by logging out of your account before starting a video.

9. Your Rights

Right to Information (Art. 15(1) GDPR)

You have the right to be informed by our data protection service of the categories of data stored, the purpose of processing, the recipients, the intended retention period, and your right to information. If your personal data is not collected directly from you, you have the right to be informed of the origin of this data.

Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

You have the right to request the rectification and/or completion of your data if the personal data processed about you is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. The data will be deleted immediately if you wish. In some cases, however, your data cannot be deleted. This is the case if it is still required for an active contract. Additionally, data cannot be deleted if legal retention periods or conflicting interests prevent it. In such a case, however, the processing of your data for other purposes can be restricted.

Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You can contact us regarding a restriction of processing, where one of the following applies:

  • – You have contested the accuracy of the data and wish us to stop using it during the period allowing for final verification.
  • – The processing is unlawful, but you do not want erasure; you prefer instead the restriction of processing.
  • – We no longer need this data and would delete it, but it is still necessary to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • – You have objected to data processing, but this is still under verification.

In the event of restriction, we will ensure that the personal data can no longer be processed or modified. If the restriction of processing has been obtained in accordance with the aforementioned conditions, you will be informed by the data controller before the restriction is lifted.

Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, if necessary, to transmit it to third parties.

The right to data portability does not apply to the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller.

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data that we process based on a „legitimate interest“ (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); this also applies to profiling based on these provisions.

We will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You can object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes at any time without providing reasons. If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, the personal data concerning you will no longer be processed for these purposes.

To exercise your right to object, you must inform us of your objection as the data controller. In some cases, you can do this directly online (for example, for cookies). You can also communicate your data protection requirements (e.g., your objection) directly via our contact page by requesting the responsible person.

Right to Withdrawal (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

You have the right to withdraw any consent you have previously given (e.g., to be contacted for advertising purposes) with future effect.

You can declare your withdrawal regarding data processing by cookies at any time.

If you wish to exercise any of your above rights, please write to us via the contact page, and we will process your request as soon as possible.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority (Art. 77 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority at any time.

To exercise these rights, you can contact us at the following address: mmsystem@lamplan.fr

10. Unsubscribe

We use the email address you provide to send you information and updates related to your order, occasional company news, product information, etc. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe and no longer receive emails, detailed unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each email.
