Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that our team is continuing its work and remains at your disposal. In light of the current circumstances, we have put a set of measures in place and we have adapted our methods to respond to your needs and to deliver within the shortest possible period, whilst applying the advice of the national de-confinement protocol to ensure our colleagues’ and partners’ health. Our premises have been reorganised in response to the new social distancing standards and all staff are aware of safety precautions.
Please find below details of the measures we have implemented:
? Our Production Department: Our production site is continuing to work without any interruption in service. We are continuing to reinforce production teams on site and we are counting on your understanding if, from time to time, you experience out of the ordinary dispatch times.
? Our Sales Department: The entire team is working remotely in order to respond to your needs. You can reach your usual contact by e-mail or by sending your request to mmsystem@lamplan.fr so that we can respond to your requests and get in touch with you.
? Our Technical Department: The team has been working remotely since 17th March and will re-start work at our test centre progressively from 11th May 2020. You can send your requests to essais@lamplan.fr.
? Our Service Department: The team is at your disposal for equipment repairs at our premises and you can contact our technicians by e-mail at maintenance@lamplan.fr. The resumption of preventative and curative maintenance carried out at your premises is planned for 2nd June, depending on new government directives.
We will continue to adapt our working practices to offer the best possible response to your enquiries, as well as continuing our partnership in the best possible conditions, whilst taking into account new working conditions.
