DIALAM diamond discs

The DIALAM supports are diamond composite supports with a high cutting capacity. Usable on single and double-side machines, they are recommended for pre-polishing processes requiring a high level of stock removal on all types of materials. The DIALAM discs are particularly efficient for the stock removal on very hard materials as sapphires and ceramics.

advantageously standard abrasive stones usually applied. The Abrablocs correct the plate geometry and brighten the cutting effect of DIALAM discs..

The Booster Lubricant has been specially developed to optimise the DIALAM’s yield. It is distributed (drop by drop) during pre-polishing cycles and allows regenerating the DIALAM disc guaranteeing a regularity of the stock removal cycle after cycle.
